How will my order be delivered? |

Orders are delivered using the Seino Unyu
delivery company. For frozen goods and perishable
items, we will deliver using Nippon Express
or Yamato Unyu company "Cool Delivery"
service, which has refrigerated delivery
trucks.

How much does it cost to get my order delivered?

Delivery costs are borne by the customer. Delivery cost will be charged for each package. If we need to ship out
by more than 2 packages, extra freight chrage might be occured.
Frozen (or refrigrated) items will be shipped out by cool service,
and will be counted as the separete package.

Can I specify on what day and at what time I would like my order
to be delivered? |

When
you place your order you will be given an opportunity to make
a request for a specific time. Please note that we are only able
to request a morning or afternoon delivery for general deliveries
by Seino Unyu company .
However, for the "Cool Delivery" service we are able
to request a precise time, so please enter this information when
you make your order.

How
can I track the status of my delivery? |

As
a basic service, Japanese delivery companies like Seino and Yamato
provide a tracking number which can be sent by email. Using the
tracking number, you will be able to make various inquiries as
to the status of your delivery.
