Our basic policy is that we do not generally exchange goods. However, in the unlikely event that Price Club has made a mistake on your order, we will of course rectify it free of charge. We request that you check your order very carefully when it arrives.

If you call us within a period of one week regarding a mistaken order, we will be able to exchange the goods with no problem. We are unable to rectify any mistakes after a period of one week.

If you write to shopping@price-club.co.jp regarding your order, we may be able to cancel your order. If you have an urgent cancellation, we suggest that you call PRICE CLUB directly on: 078-857-0321. Please note that our lines are open from 10:30 - 18:00 everyday except on Tuesday.
